- The result you got
- The result you expected (and the source you checked against)

- An example calculation showing the difference

Our Response Commitment
We personally read every message that comes in. This is not a support ticket system where your email disappears into a queue. It is a real team member reading what you wrote and figuring out how to help.
Bug reports and formula corrections are our top priority. If you report a wrong conversion factor or a broken tool, we usually push a fix within 24 to 48 hours.
Tool suggestions go into our planning list. We cannot build everything, but we build what people actually need. If multiple people ask for the same tool, it moves up the list fast.
General questions get a straightforward answer. We do not send templates. We reply like normal people because that is what we are.
How to Write a Good Report
The more specific your message, the faster we can fix the problem. Here is what a perfect bug report looks like:
Tool: masterconverters.com/length/meter-to-foot
Input: 10 meters
Got: 32.81 feet
Expected: 32.8084 feet
Source: NIST Handbook 44 (1 meter = 3.28084 feet)
This kind of report lets us find the issue, verify it against the source, and push a fix — sometimes within hours. Compare that to "your site is wrong" which tells me nothing.
