The Beauty of Pure Metric
Unlike complex imperial phase conversions, the metric system is perfectly base-10 and aligns weight with volume perfectly (1 kg of water = 1 L of water). When scaling down a huge dry mass (kilograms) and massive area (hectares) down to smaller liquid units (Liters and 1,000 square meters), the math is beautifully simple.
Step 1: Liquid Conversion (Liters)
First, the dry kilograms are translated to liquid Liters. Because 1 kilogram of water equates to exactly 1 Liter of water, the number stays identical. 1 kg applied over the entire hectare simply becomes 1 Liter applied over that hectare.
Step 2: Area Decrease
